YPG系列不銹鋼帶水冷壓片機(jī)由壓輥，不銹鋼帶，破碎輥和行走系統(tǒng)組成，從擠出機(jī)擠出的熱熔狀態(tài)的物料被壓輥壓成1-1.5mm厚的片狀，然后片狀物料在輸送過程中用冷水噴淋到不銹鋼帶背面，持續(xù)將物料冷卻到固態(tài)，破碎成片狀物料落入料斗，注意：冷卻水溫度應(yīng)≤14℃

YPG series stainless steel water cooling band

This series cooling belt  is composed of cooling rolls, stainless steel band conveyor, crusher and driving system. The discharged material from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-1.5mm by rollers .The sheeted material is transported to the crusher while being continually cooled by water which is sprayed to the underside surface of the stainless steel band. Then crushed chip material falls down to the hopper. Attention: Temperature of cooling water should be ≤14℃
